Terms of Use

Effective October 15, 2026

These terms apply in addition to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. By using Crewlap you agree to both.

Community rules: zero tolerance

Crews are for encouragement. You may not post names, crew names, or notes that are harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, threatening, or that impersonate someone. You may not log fake workouts to manipulate leaderboards. We filter content automatically, review every report within 24 hours, and remove offending content and users without notice. You can report or block any member from the crew screen.

Health

Crewlap is a motivation tool, not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise program and stop if you feel pain or discomfort. Points are a game mechanic, not a measure of health or fitness.

Crewlap Pro

Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Free-trial time not used is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post and give us permission to store and show it to your crewmates to run the service. You can delete it by deleting your account.

Availability

We may change or discontinue features. The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
