Your crew, your board

A fresh race every Monday.

Start a crew and share a six-character invite. Everyone's workouts land on one leaderboard that resets each week, so a slow week never sinks you for good.

  • Weekly leaderboard with medals for the top three
  • Crew Quest: a shared target the whole crew hits together
  • An activity feed with kudos on every workout

Log any workout

Run, lift, dance, swim. It all counts.

Pick from twelve activity types, set the minutes and how hard it felt, and you're done. Or turn on Apple Health import and your Apple Watch workouts show up on their own.

  • Logging takes a few taps
  • Apple Health import reads workouts only, never heart rate or location
  • Add a note for your crew if you want

Weekly challenges

Something new to chase every week.

Fresh challenges keep the week interesting even when you're not chasing first place: bank 100 points, move on five different days, log 150 active minutes, or try three workout types.

Crews, leaderboards, kudos, and weekly challenges stay free forever.

How points work

Effort points, not pace.

Crewlap scores effort, so a beginner's honest walk can beat a marathoner's lazy week. Speed, distance, and heart rate don't matter. Showing up does.

Points = minutes × activity intensity × effort
MinutesUp to 180 per workout. Workouts under 5 minutes don't score.
IntensityEach activity has a weight, from 0.7 for a walk to 1.3 for HIIT.
EffortEasy × 0.8, Steady × 1.0, All out × 1.3. You pick it when you log.

Each person can earn at most 300 points a day, so nobody wins by grinding. A few examples:

20 min HIITAll out34

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do I need an account?

No email, password, or sign-up. If you create or join a crew, Crewlap makes an anonymous account identified by a random ID.

Does it work with Apple Watch?

Yes. Turn on "Import from Apple Health" in Profile, and workouts from your Apple Watch (or any app that saves workouts to Health) import when you open Crewlap.

What if my friends do different sports?

That's what effort points are for. Every activity has an intensity weight and every workout an effort level, so a swimmer, a lifter, and a walker can share one fair board.

Can people cheat?

The 180-minute workout cap and 300-point daily cap limit how far anyone can inflate a score, and you can report or block any member. Logging fake workouts breaks the terms.

Is it on Android?

Not yet. Crewlap is iPhone only for now.

What happens to my data?

Workouts stay on your phone until you join a crew. There are no ads or trackers, and you can export or delete everything from Profile. Read the privacy policy.

How do I cancel Pro?

In iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Crewlap. Deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription.
